A natural stone pool is a conventional gunite pool wrapped in real boulders and flagstone. You get the free-form look of a quarry swimming hole with equipment and sanitizing you can actually maintain through an Ohio winter.

- What is a natural swimming pool?
- It's a pool built to look like a natural body of water — boulder edges, waterfalls, beach entries, and irregular shapes instead of straight tile lines. We build gunite pools finished with real stone, so you get natural looks with conventional, low-maintenance filtration and sanitizing.
- How much does a natural rock pool cost in Central Ohio?
- Most natural stone pools we build in Hocking, Fairfield, and Franklin counties land between $95,000 and $250,000 depending on size, boulder volume, waterfall height, spa, and how much decking and landscaping is included. We give a line-item estimate after a site walk.
- How long does it take to build?
- Plan on 8 to 16 weeks on site and 4 to 7 months start to finish, including design, permitting, and stone sourcing. Excavation and stonework are the longest phases.
- Do you build rock waterfalls on existing pools?
- Yes. Adding a boulder waterfall, grotto, or stone coping to an existing pool is one of our most common projects, and it's a fraction of the cost of a new build.
